Material:
Cores can be manufactured in material thickness 0.35mm, 0.30mm, 0.27mm, 0.23mm, 0.10mm, 0.08mm and 0.05mm
Characteristic:
The two halves put together and come into a closed flux path as open structure. So bobbin and core can be produced separately,afterward put the core in bobbin,and then the production time can be reduced
The cores are wound from grain oriented silicon steel strip and are annealed in high vacuum furnace: application of transformers
